
Well our time in Belfast is over and we are now in Dublin. Belfast was busy with over 18,ooo people and many different opportunities were available for the crew on board the Logos Hope.
I was able to help with "nightlife", which is a small group from an Irish Church whom set up a small stand with "biscuits" (sweet), coffee, tea and soup from midnight until 4 in the morning. Thus reaching out to the late and usually drunk people from the next door night club sector. It was more quiet than usual they told us that night, but I still got a taste of what the world really looks like... and getting drunk or drugged is what the world says it takes "pleasure" in...
While in Belfast I also discovered a "cubby hole" book store in which a purchased three books of Tolstoi, which I have been reading with great interest. It has gotten me to start thinking again and is a small part of the motivation pushing me to search for a more complete and healthy relationship with God.I pray that he has much more in plan for this ship than anyone on board expects...
